Terms and conditions: Winter 2021 raffle

1. The permit holder for this raffle under the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 is Society of Jesus in Victoria, Permit No. 10283/21 issued 25 May 2021. Maximum number of tickets: 8,000.
   
   
2. The Society of Jesus in Victoria—Jesuit Communications 2021 Winter Raffle tickets may only be purchased by Australian residents in the states of New South Wales, Victoria, and Queensland. Residents of other Australian states and territories or overseas residents are not eligible to purchase tickets in this raffle.
   
   
3. Employees of Jesuit Communications Australia and their immediate family are not eligible to purchase tickets in this raffle.
   
   
4. 1st Prize: $ 5000 Coles Group & Myer Gift Card
   2nd Prize: $ 2000 Coles Group & Myer Gift Card
   3rd Prize: $ 1000 Coles Group & Myer Gift Card
   
   
5. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
   
   
6. There is an agreement with Lighthouse Group Pty Ltd trading as RaffleLink (ABN 8316 1197 860) to promote or conduct this raffle for reward.
   
   
7. RaffleLink is committed to selling raffle tickets responsibly to support community and charitable organisations.
   
   
8. Tickets can only be purchased from https://www.rafflelink.com.au/JesComWinter2021
   
   
9. Ticket price: $5.00 each.
   
   
10. Raffle transactions are not concluded until funds are transferred to our collection agent – RaffleLink. The laws of Victoria apply to all transactions.
    
    
11. Tickets purchased online are issued in the name of the purchaser only.
    
    
12. No responsibility is accepted for entries which are lost, corrupted, incomplete or for any failure to capture entry information.
    
    
13. Total value of prizes: $8,000.00. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
    
    
14. The raffle will be drawn on Wednesday 28 July, 2021, 11.00 a.m. at Jesuit Communications Australia, 20 The Vaucluse, Richmond, Vic. 3121, using RaffleLink online random number generator. Prizes will be awarded in descending order of value, to the first then subsequently drawn valid entry holders.
    
    
15. Winners of the raffle will be notified by email or telephone.
    
    
16. Jesuit Communications will have the right to publicly disclose the name of winners and their city/town of residence.

18. Tickets are not refundable.
    
    
19. A receipt and ticket numbers will be emailed at the completion of the payment process; paper tickets will not be issued.
